About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team at President Convention Center Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and performing routine clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient supply chain management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Routine Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
