  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Compile worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to optimize productivity.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
