About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team at PRESIDENT CONVENTION CENTER INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of equipment and perform light cleaning duties as needed.
  • Work Records: Maintain work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Traffic Flow: Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies to ensure efficient delivery and receipt of materials.
  • Order Compilation: Compile worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Progress Reports: Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Scheduling: Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate and efficient use of resources.
