Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Hubstaff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to create strategic communication plans and identify potential new clients
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold calling and email outreach
  • Research and maintain a lead generation database to track and analyze sales performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
