Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR DISCOUNTER SCOTT ROAD LTD. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and tasks.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring that all returns are processed in accordance with company policies.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring that adequate staffing is available to meet customer demands.
- Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and maintained.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Availability: Must be available for shift or on-call work.
- Language: Must be fluent in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is required.
