Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial stability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
