Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative role at Agile Premier will drive sales performance of our Decking and Railing product lines within an assigned territory. This position involves face-to-face sales calls with existing and potential customers to build long-lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
