Job Description

**About the Role**

MediPharm Labs is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting the retail sale of cannabis products and developing strong relationships with current and prospective customers within the Canadian legal cannabis industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Sales and Account Management**
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers across assigned territory
    • Provide product education and training to retailers
  • **Business Development**
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cannabis industry and market trends
  • **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • **Administrative and Reporting**
    • Accurately track and report sales activity and results
    • Provide regular updates and insights to management

**Requirements**

  • Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on selling, communication, and negotiation
  • Highly motivated, result-driven with excellent self-management and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in Ontario
  • Valid Driver's Licence and vehicle is a must; travelling required
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred
