Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with LCBO and retail accounts in your territory, managing and growing existing listings, and selling to local businesses in your community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continue to build and maintain relationships with LCBO and retail accounts in your territory.
  • Manage and grow existing LCBO and retail listings in your territory.
  • Ask for the sale, close new accounts, and grow your territory.
  • Host staff tastings at LCBO locations.
  • Must be enthusiastic about Ontario, beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable making in-person and over-the-phone cold calls.
  • Open to receiving feedback to grow in the position and contribute to the success of the company long-term.
Availability
  • 3 days a week, no evenings or weekends.
  • On the road 3 days a week.
  • Typical hours from 9 - 4pm, but you can make your own schedule as you see fit.
Compensation
  • You will be paid as an independent contractor.
  • Base salary ranges from $1500 - $3000 monthly based on LCBO and grocery listings each month in your territory, the more listings you manage the higher the base salary.
  • Plus additional monthly commission based on LCBO sales.
  • Activity bonuses and sales contests.
  • Monthly gas, transportation, and parking expense budget.
  • This territory has established listings and generates monthly commission already.
  • Territory currently generates $1800 base and $300-$400 a month in commission.

  • Toronto Core.
  • Toronto East - Scarborough.
Requirements
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or alcohol sales industry.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Reliable Vehicle or Transportation.
  • Cellphone.
  • Computer and access to internet.
