Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Wayne Hanlon Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Prepare and disseminate communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and support to new staff members, including onboarding and orientation.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the operations team.
