About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Management Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear vision, product strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our AI business goals and corporate data strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, and governance experts.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and customer needs to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement product strategies that drive business results.
  • Develop and manage product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Communicate product performance and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in data-driven product management with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership product roles at Director level.
  • Experience hiring and managing individual contributors and managers.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences, including senior executive audiences.
  • Experience with data, analytics, or AI-related areas.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills to guide consensus and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, specifically in data products.
