**Job Title:** Production Director
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Production Director to lead our game development team at Ubisoft Entertainment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and guiding the overall development of our games.
Key Responsibilities:- **Collaborate with the Producer and Creative Director:** Work closely with the producer and creative director to assess the overall game vision and project requirements.
- **Define Project Scope:** Define the scope of the entire project, including its high-level roadmap and timeline, establish its main deliverables and key milestones, and set its development strategies and budgets.
- **Build Project Structure:** Build the project's organizational structure to optimize the team's talents and ensure efficient project execution.
- **Risk Management:** Anticipate and identify risks and setbacks, and put plans in place to overcome them.
- **Progress Monitoring:** Monitor progress and sync up with associate producers and production managers to keep the project on pace.
- **Team Development:** Create and maintain a supportive work environment and grow the production team.
- **Experience:** 7 years of experience in production management in the video game industry.
- **Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of development pipelines and interdependencies, familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies.
- **Education:** A degree in Project Management or Business Administration (or relevant training).
- **Skills:** The ability to influence change, anticipate blockers, and find creative solutions to remove them.
- **Adaptability:** Plenty of flexibility to adapt to whatever production throws your way.
