We are seeking a highly experienced Product Management Director to lead our product development efforts at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our business goals and corporate data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our business goals and corporate data strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with partners, leaders, and teams to collaboratively agree on product execution priorities.
- Identify opportunities, improvements, and customer needs to guide product roadmap decisions.
- Develop measurements for product success and report to department leadership on product performance.
- Serve as a change agent and champion for product management, fostering a culture of innovation and guiding larger appreciation for the role of product management in the success of building data products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10+ years of proven experience in data-driven and evidence-based product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
- 5+ years in leadership product roles at Director level.
- Experience hiring and managing individual contributors and managers.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences, including senior executive audiences.
- Experience with data, analytics, or AI-related areas, either through managed data-related projects or as components of projects.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities to guide consensus and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, specifically in data products.
