Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and obtaining diagnostic images using CT scanning technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT scanning imaging procedures and invasive techniques as outlined in the protocol/procedure manuals, including administering contrast media and conducting image reconstruction.
  • Prepare written documentation of procedures as required.
  • Perform patient assessments and participate in the accurate maintenance of patient records.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Canadian Medical and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners (CMRITO).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Recent contrast CT experience required.
  • X-ray experience is an asset.
  • Contrast injection certification required.
  • Cross-sectional anatomy courses required.
  • Interventional radiology experience an asset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to organize workload effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform the expected job duties.
  • Ability to operate required equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and work record.
  • Ability to travel and work between all Osler sites if required.
