Dream is looking for a Technical Support Intern for the upcoming term.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to our Technology & Transformation division. You will gain hands-on experience while collaborating with a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver initial triage assistance via various communication channels.
  • Manage and prioritize support ticket requests for streamlined processing.
  • Document issues in the Service Now platform and prepare details for further escalation.
  • Support in-office technology setups, including meeting room equipment and printer upkeep.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization of IT storage and contribute to diverse projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, and software assessment.
  • Understanding of Microsoft applications, basic networking principles, and mobile device setup.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, problem-solving capabilities, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
