Digital Transformation Leader

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for digital transformation and leadership? Do you have a track record of delivering complex programs and driving business growth? We're looking for a talented Program Director to join our team at Netcracker Technology.
About the RoleThe Program Director will be responsible for leading our on-site transformation programs, ensuring business profitability, and managing customer expectations. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and partner with our engineering and product management departments to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans for transformation programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, expanding the scope of services provided by Netcracker.
- Partner with sales teams to support new solution revenue opportunities within accounts.
- Represent Solution Delivery in presales activities, ensuring accurate representation of Netcracker deployment methodologies.
- Lead recurring governance meetings with client steering committees to ensure alignment on program milestones and future strategy.
- Hold account teams accountable for project deliverables.
- Manage all resources to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality program completion.
- Lead service delivery and customer support activities related to the Netcracker product suite.
- Establish and grow relationships with clients at all levels in the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and SMEs, participating in strategic and roadmap discussions on business transformation.
- Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar business transformational programs involving complex technical solutions in the BSS industry.
- Required experience with writing and reviewing contracts, SOWs, and other commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to handle program governance, ensuring alignment on program milestones and future strategy.
- Ability to build and execute resource plans (on/offshore).
- 10 years of management experience, at least 3 years at senior levels.
- Experience running multi-million-dollar programs.
- Extensive experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships at multiple levels within the client organization.
- Experience working in a matrixed corporate environment.
- Ability to travel.
A degree in a related field.
