Digital Transformation Leader

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for digital transformation and business growth? Do you have a track record of leading complex programs and driving innovation in the BSS industry? We're seeking a highly skilled Program Director to join our team at Netcracker Technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage Netcracker's on-site transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute business plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, to drive business profitability.
- Partner with Sales Teams to identify new revenue opportunities and expand the scope of services provided by Netcracker.
- Represent Solution Delivery in presales activities, ensuring accurate representation of Netcracker deployment methodologies to potential customers.
- Lead recurring governance meetings with client steering committees to ensure alignment on program milestones and future strategy.
- Hold Account Teams accountable for project deliverables and manage all resources to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality program completion.
- Establish and grow relationships with clients at all levels in the organization, acting as a trusted advisor on business transformation and strategic discussions.
- Lead cross-functional, multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams, establishing and managing MBOs/KPIs to drive team performance.
- Partner with leadership to create and maintain departmental staffing plans, organizational charts, budgets, and other relevant documentation.
- Interact effectively with Engineering and Product Management departments, providing input for ongoing product enhancements.
- Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar business transformational programs involving complex technical solutions in the BSS industry.
- Required experience with writing and reviewing contracts, SOWs, and other commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to handle program governance, ensuring alignment on program milestones and future strategy.
- Ability to build and execute resource plans (on/offshore).
- 10 years of management experience, with at least 3 years at senior levels.
- Experience running multi-million-dollar programs.
- Extensive experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships at multiple levels within the client organization.
- Experience working in a matrixed corporate environment.
- Ability to travel.
A degree in a related field is required.
