Program Director

Job Summary
The Program Director plays a pivotal role in securing and delivering professional services for Netcracker's customer base. This position involves E2E activities to ensure service commitments are attainable and profitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Netcracker's on-site transformation programs, including budgeting, business planning, and resource allocation.
- Partner with sales teams to support new solution revenue opportunities within accounts through contract negotiations and pre-sales consulting.
- Represent Solution Delivery in presales activities, ensuring accurate representation of Netcracker deployment methodologies.
- Lead recurring governance meetings with client steering committees to ensure alignment on program milestones and future strategy.
Leadership Expectations
- Lead cross-functional, multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.
- Establish and manage MBOs/KPIs for the team.
- Partner with leadership to create and maintain departmental staffing plans, organizational charts, budgets, and other documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar business transformation programs involving complex technical solutions.
- Required experience with writing and reviewing contracts, SOWs, and other commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to handle program governance, ensuring alignment on program milestones and future strategy.
- Ability to build and execute resource plans (on/offshore).
