Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Port Moody Kidz Venture Club Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence and various documents.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs.
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook.
  • Experience with MS Word.

Additional Information

This position is permanent, with working hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week. The working language is English or French.
