About the Role

Willson International Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through various sources, including industry events, online research, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue and growth.
  • Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage and update account information and sales-related activity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Customs brokerage sales experience is a must.
  • Strong software computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SalesForce is an asset.
