Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CANADIAN TAX & FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and daily operations, as well as supervising other workers and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including managing contracts and training programs
  • Supervise other workers and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures, including office routines and protocols
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment with 36 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
