Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CHAIMS PRO INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and have attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
