About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tax Eagles. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by providing administrative support, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data, statistics, and other information.
  • Information Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
