  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
