Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
    • Manage calendars, emails, and other communication tools
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and tracking of office materials
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Team Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders
    • Prepare and distribute regular reports and updates
    • Ensure timely and accurate communication of important information
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role
    • Permanent employment
    • Fluency in English
    • 36 hours per week
