- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Manage calendars, emails, and other communication tools
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents
- Office Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Manage inventory, ordering, and tracking of office materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Team Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute regular reports and updates
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of important information
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- Fluency in English
- 36 hours per week
