We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative functions and a keen understanding of real estate processes.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5 years or more in a similar role or equivalent experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
- Record and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries
- Prepare financial statements and detailed reports
- Draft and input correspondence and legal documents
- Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Execute various administrative tasks to support the team
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
