Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative functions and a keen understanding of real estate processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
  • Record and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries
  • Prepare financial statements and detailed reports
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Execute various administrative tasks to support the team
