Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Crystal Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies, ensuring they are available when needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports, highlighting project progress and any issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with overtime required as needed.
Language and Work Environment

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
