Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee the training and development of apprentices and junior staff members
  • Recruit and hire qualified construction personnel and manage staffing actions
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of construction staff
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Procure and manage the delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • English language proficiency
  • Availability to work 32 hours per week
