About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Crystal Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Material Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staffing: Recruit and hire construction workers and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
