About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Dynawall Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work completed by the construction team to ensure it meets the company's standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
