About the Role

PABLA'S GROUP OF COMPANIES INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and company policies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including financial reports and site safety records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
