Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Dynawall Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, including preparing production reports and overseeing project timelines.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
