Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Crystal Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production reports, and supervise workers and projects.
  • Staffing: Recruit and hire workers, carry out related staffing actions, and train or arrange for training.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure and be available for overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
