Job Overview

PANDHER CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing residential building sites and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed production and progress reports to monitor project status
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and various projects
  • Schedule and organize daily operations and project timelines
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff to ensure adequate workforce
  • Provide training or arrange for training of new employees
  • Estimate costs and required materials for construction projects
  • Set up and maintain necessary equipment on site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations
  • Establish effective methods to meet project deadlines
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Order and manage the supply of materials and equipment
