Position Overview:
The Executive Administrative Coordinator will deliver confidential administrative assistance to the Senior Medical Director and related initiatives at the BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS. Key responsibilities encompass managing incoming correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, generating documents, and offering secretarial support to various committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications directed to the Senior Director's office
  • Organize meetings and coordinate necessary logistics
  • Maintain schedules and documentation
  • Generate documents and update relevant databases
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address administrative needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 education, graduation from an administrative program, and four years of relevant experience. Knowledge of AIDS/HIV/HCV related matters is considered beneficial.

  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
