The Executive Administrative Coordinator will manage contracts and official paperwork, ensuring adherence to necessary legal standards. Responsibilities also include overseeing reception duties, welcoming clients, addressing inquiries, and preparing essential documents while maintaining meticulous records and files.

Compensation:

$65,000+ annually, depending on experience

Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely sorting and distribution
  • Draft and prepare responses to various routine written communications
  • Maintain a professional office environment, ensuring that meeting rooms and common areas are organized and well-stocked
  • Oversee the operation of office equipment, including printers and copiers, ensuring they are fully functional
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
  • Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prepare for meetings by arranging necessary requirements
  • Update and maintain client records
  • Organize both paper and electronic filing systems
  • Assist in creating PowerPoint and multimedia presentations
  • Support the Principal with various tasks as needed
