About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CO-UP AUTO BODY REPAIR. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Assist in the coordination of office operations, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to help inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Private sector
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, and reliability
