Position: Product Strategy Manager

Overview:
As a Product Strategy Manager within Refinitiv, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Document Management Services. Your expertise will contribute to the modernization and consolidation of our document management capabilities, ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Product Vision and Leadership:**
- Champion the product vision to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Lead agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and alignment among development and quality assurance teams.

2. **Product Ownership:**
- Take ownership of the product backlog for the Shared Capability Product Services teams, prioritizing features and epics to align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to maintain a clear roadmap for upcoming quarters.

3. **Customer-Centric Development:**
- Work closely with technology teams to design efficient workflows that enhance the customer experience.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.

4. **Technical Expertise:**
- Leverage your background in Document Management or Content Management technologies to guide product development.
- Understand and articulate the differences between standard software and enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Document Management, Content Management, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and collaborate with technical teams.
