Position Overview

Zynga is seeking a Marketing Manager for Product Strategy with outstanding project coordination and organizational capabilities to join our Casino division. This role will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of marketing initiatives for live operations across selected titles, ensuring the development of top-tier marketing campaigns and operations for live events.

As a member of the Zynga Studio One (ZS1) Marketing team, this position will report to the Lead Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with various marketing channel leaders and game development teams on cross-functional projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product teams and marketing leads to design and implement integrated marketing strategies for live services.
  • Define value propositions and key messaging that connect with our target audience.
  • Draft creative briefs for internal or external agencies to ensure all teams deliver exceptional creative that is consistent across all platforms and resonates with our audience.
  • Coordinate with channel owners to plan and schedule marketing activities around upcoming feature releases, working alongside game and marketing producers to ensure timely execution.
  • Act as a marketing liaison between central marketing teams and game development teams.
  • Partner with community and social media managers to guide their strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor creative projects for internal or external agencies involved in live operations marketing campaigns.
  • Assist ZS1 Marketing Production in prioritizing artistic tasks and defining marketing asset requirements and specifications.
  • Engage in additional strategic initiatives related to significant marketing efforts and plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs to identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve performance.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, with a strong preference for Mobile Game PMM or User Acquisition experience.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for mobile and video games.
  • Knowledge and interest in Casino, Card, and Match-3 game genres.
  • Proven experience in marketing free-to-play games with a successful track record across multiple projects, including the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with live operations for mobile games, a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, and how these channels drive performance for in-game events.
  • Knowledge of free-to-play acquisition, retention, and monetization key performance indicators.
  • Familiarity with international marketing strategies.
  • Strong influencing abilities and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
