Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of products and services, including product development, launch, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including product requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with product owners to create synergies, trust, and facilitate continuous flow of information.
  • Work with departments, lines of business, applications, and projects to understand product demand and influence strategies and roadmaps based on customer needs, demand, and priorities.
  • Be the voice of customers and advocate for them in interactions with internal teams.
  • Create, publish, and keep current key product information.
  • Engage in multi-channel communication with stakeholders to increase awareness of customer needs and concerns and key events, changes in strategies, roadmaps, and company direction.
  • Market products and services to increase adoption levels.
  • Relentlessly grow and improve product management practice.

Requirements:

  • Product Manager experience.
  • Product cloud services - Product management experience (Amazon or Azure).
  • Demand management experience.
  • Stakeholder level communication.
  • Converting needs into products and required features.
  • Road mapping and following through with deadlines and end-to-end life cycle.
  • Innovative and inquisitive nature.
  • Technical background.
  • IT Support/Engineering background.
  • Leadership role experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Software Development experience an asset.
  • Sales background - Pitching ideas or selling products.
