Position Overview:

This role is a hybrid position, combining both remote and in-office responsibilities. As the Retail Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing retail product initiatives and enhancing sales strategies for our network of rehabilitation clinics throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual retail product sales strategy that aligns with growth objectives.
  • Track and analyze retail performance metrics at both regional and clinic levels.
  • Evaluate product utilization to uncover opportunities for enhancing product offerings and driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with Procurement and product suppliers to assess pricing strategies and understand profit margins across the product range.
  • Conduct regular visits to clinics to collect insights on product offerings, merchandising strategies, and sales support.
  • Organize and lead product training and educational sessions for clinic personnel.
  • Collaborate with vendors, Procurement, and Clinic Operations to identify new product opportunities and optimize product assortments.
  • Design and manage retail planograms, coordinating with Marketing and Clinic Operations on promotional campaigns.
  • Investigate enhancements to the purchasing experience, including gathering patient feedback on products and improving communication regarding product benefits.
  • Establish retail management standards to assist both existing and new clinics in maximizing retail product performance and ensuring consistency across the network.
  • Lead initiatives related to inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a retail sales-related position.
  • A degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the healthcare sector is essential, with a focus on clinical products in rehabilitation and wellness.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools such as PowerBI are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in developing and conducting product training and educational programs.
