We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Network Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our distribution network, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and project completion.

Your Mission

As a Distribution Network Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate various stakeholders and activities involved in project execution. You will act as a specialist, supporting project progress in compliance with established processes and procedures.

Daily Activities
  • Plan annual workload, human resources, and material requirements for optimal efficiency.
  • Manage workload distribution and monitoring across the assigned territory to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Recommend cost-effective solutions for workload optimization, contributing to budget management.
  • Coordinate and monitor projects, construction, services, and maintenance activities related to the Distribution network, focusing on maximizing customer service quality.
  • Provide budget inputs for work execution and maintenance activities, collaborating with finance teams.
  • Participate in territory budget reviews, offering insights and recommendations.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or project management.
  • 3-6 years of experience in work execution processes, resource planning, or project management within the energy sector.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of aerial and underground Distribution engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in SAP (PM and PS) software for efficient project management.
  • Familiarity with Click Software and Excel is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of distribution network infrastructure, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Strong technical analysis and data extraction skills to support informed decision-making.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluency in French language.
