Sales Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales department and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, managing equipment warranty programs, and publishing documents on internal and external communication portals.
- Assist in the development of supplier promotions and perform various administrative tasks, such as invoicing, claims, and drafting documents.
- Manage and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, and produce and distribute sales reports.
- Perform other tasks as required to support the sales team and ensure the success of sales operations.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English - French, spoken and written)
- Dynamic, autonomous, and responsible individual
- Knowledge of the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of accounting (an asset)
- Interpersonal skills, initiative, and willingness to take on challenges
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
