As a key member of our team at EightSix Network, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our cargo network. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our network planning efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our cargo network, ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and operational requirements.
- Lead the development of short-term and long-term network plans, including route optimization, capacity management, and fleet deployment.
- Communicate network objectives and strategies to internal stakeholders, including revenue management, commercial sales, and operational teams.
- Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as airports, communities, and air cargo partners, to ensure alignment and cooperation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to identify opportunities and threats, and develop proactive strategies to address them.
- Develop and distribute revenue targets to optimize network contribution for each region.
- Participate in the development of the long-term corporate plan and yearly budget exercise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in transportation, air cargo, or airline operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial principles of airline planning, including revenue management, yield management, and network optimization.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Advanced computer skills, including BI tools, MS Office suite, and Power BI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
