About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sharsal. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure that the office is well-organized and that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Payroll and Budgeting
    • Manage payroll and budgeting processes, including preparing and submitting reports and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
