Job Summary

We are the Bo Truckers Ltd. and we are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our operations team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
