- Communication and Correspondence: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data compilation, statistics, and other information, as well as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling repetitive tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: Availability to work 35 hours per week.
