Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and accuracy.

  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling repetitive tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Availability to work 35 hours per week.
