- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
- Staff Support: Facilitate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems.
- Document Preparation: Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assign and oversee projects and programs.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and evaluate daily office operations.
- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
