Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

This role is essential for overseeing the maintenance division at Idaho Pacific Holdings. The Maintenance Manager will play a crucial part in managing personnel and all maintenance functions within the organization. This position requires a hands-on approach, as the individual will engage directly in the upkeep, repair, or replacement of machinery and equipment across the production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the maintenance workforce.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Oversee maintenance operations and manage the capital budget effectively.
- Maintain necessary documentation and reports.
- Facilitate monthly safety meetings for the maintenance team.
- Participate in management and HACCP meetings.
The facility operates continuously, necessitating occasional after-hours support for maintenance issues, which may involve communication via phone, text, or in-person assistance as required.
Qualifications:- Certification as an Industrial Electrician.
- Experience with instrumentation and PLC systems is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Strong writing, communication, and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in using computers and maintenance/preventive maintenance software.
- Capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
