Como Supervisor de Operaciones en la instalación de mantenimiento, serás responsable de dirigir las actividades diarias del taller, asegurando que todas las tareas de reparación y mantenimiento se realicen de manera eficiente, segura y conforme a los estándares de la empresa. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
Liderar y supervisar a mecánicos y técnicos, asignando tareas según la prioridad y el nivel de habilidad. Capacitar y orientar a los miembros del equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y calidad. Supervisar y participar en el diagnóstico y reparación de camiones y remolques, garantizando un mantenimiento oportuno. Realizar inspecciones regulares y mantenimiento preventivo. Asegurar que todo el trabajo de mantenimiento y reparación cumpla con los estándares de la empresa y los requisitos regulatorios. Realizar controles de calidad en el trabajo completado y abordar cualquier problema de inmediato. Programar y priorizar tareas de reparación y mantenimiento. Mantener registros precisos del trabajo realizado y de las piezas utilizadas. Coordinar con la Gerencia General para un flujo de trabajo y asignación de recursos eficientes. Monitorear y gestionar el inventario de piezas y suministros, asegurando que se ordenen y almacenen según sea necesario. Mantener registros de inventario precisos. Promover y hacer cumplir un entorno de trabajo seguro. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Realizar reuniones de seguridad y sesiones de capacitación regularmente. Comunicarte de manera efectiva con los conductores y otros departamentos sobre problemas de mantenimiento y el estado de las reparaciones. Abordar y resolver preocupaciones o quejas de manera oportuna. Mantener registros detallados de las actividades de mantenimiento y reparación. Preparar informes sobre las actividades del taller, métricas de rendimiento y cualquier problema encontrado. Asistir en el desarrollo y actualización de políticas y procedimientos de mantenimiento.Calificaciones
Tus calificaciones incluyen:
Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; formación vocacional o certificación en mantenimiento automotriz o de camiones es preferida. Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento y reparación de camiones, con al menos 2 años en un rol de supervisión. Comprobadas habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos. Habilidades informáticas competentes para mantener registros e informes. Excelentes habilidades de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas. Dominio en el uso de herramientas y equipos de mantenimiento y reparación. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones del DOT y estándares de seguridad. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y priorizar de manera efectiva. Fuerte atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad. Disposición para participar en programas de capacitación y desarrollo continuo. Licencia de conducir válida; preferiblemente CDL.Consideraciones adicionales:
El trabajo se realiza en un entorno de taller con exposición a ruido, polvo, humos y maquinaria. Puede ser necesario realizar trabajo ocasional al aire libre.
